2. PSO will then complete and send you an initial quote detailing the services that will be provided, a projected delivery date, pricing, and terms & conditions.

3. You must then sign and send back the initial quote. This quote is now the letter of agreement and PSO will begin working on your agreement.

4. Once work is completed a final invoice will be sent to you as notice. As soon as the invoice is paid in full, the work will be delivered as agreed.
